Whether you're dealing with something specific or just know that something needs to change, therapy can offer a space to explore what's going on beneath the surface.
You don't have to have a diagnosis to come to therapy. You also don't need to know what the issue is — it could just be a feeling that something is not quite right, or a wish to understand yourself and others better.
